Throughout his 35-year career in the U.S. Army, General Gordon-Bray held pivotal roles, including Deputy Director of Operations at U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), Commander of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team of the 82nd Airborne Division, and Principal Advisor to the Iraqi Ground Forces Commander during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His leadership was instrumental in transforming 35,000 Iraqi troops into a force of 300,000 across six divisions capable of independent operations.

At Glenhouse, General Gordon-Bray applies his extensive experience to advise on strategic planning, crisis management, and leadership development. His insights are particularly valuable in shaping initiatives that intersect national security, community engagement, and organizational resilience.

Beyond his role at Glenhouse, he is the founder and CEO of ANGB Consulting LLC, providing strategic management solutions to various organizations. He also serves as Senior Advisor for Military Affairs and Director of the Center for Defense and Homeland Security at Fayetteville State University, fostering relationships between military communities and academic institutions.

General Gordon-Bray's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Missouri, a Master of Arts in National Security & Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Master of Science in International Strategic Studies from the Air War College. He has also completed executive training at UNC Kenan–Flagler Business School and Central Michigan University.
